Called ahead about a rug to see if they had stock was told they had 1 left however to come the next morning as they were about to close. I get there the next morning (half an hour drive with a baby) to then be told I was unable to buy as it’s display model. The next day which was the weekend we were there and wanted to show my partner the rug I was thinking of ordering online to be told they had just sold the rug I was told I could not buy. I was absolutely frustrated but because I loved the rug so much I placed an order for it to be sent to the store which they advised me it may take up to 4 weeks as it was coming up to Christmas. It has been 11 weeks and they still don’t know when this rug will be delivered in store after multiple calls and emails I gave up and called another store in Rhodes which had the exact rug in store. Spoke to a lovely lady Jackie who helped me and confirmed from their end that my rug was bought from Castle Hill Homemaker however they didn’t actually put the order through the warehouse which is why they don’t know when my rug would be delivered because my order did not exist at warehouse! Adair’s Rhodes confirmed I was able to pick up my rug from their store and they will sort out the mess that Castle Hill Homemaker created.
