  Been going there for years.Recntly noticed different staff who have no concept of customer service. All woman staff there in general, who are more interested in gossiping with themselves then noticing customers are even there. Not helpful with questions, not helpful at the register, someone named Jackie was very rude when asking about an exchange and seemed very miserable. Tiny section for menswear. I never see male staff and wonder if it's just a girls club with the attitude they have. It's a sad shame because those girls are so self consumed they don't make it a very enjoyable shop anymore.

  Staff were friendly and there is a nice variety of clothes but I wish the store was just a little bit better organized.

  Rude staff, went there at 4:28 pm on Sunday. Staff at entry said now it’s closed where as closing time is 5 pm

  Worst store experience two times in a week. Team members don’t care about serving customers, and walk away from the registers, when another team member needs help with the line that is building. Excuse was they were understaffed, yet the girl named Sereena who told me this walked away from the registers and didn’t even help until I asked her is there anyone else who can serve ten minutes later. She was really negative, didn’t bother to be empathetic and didn’t even farewell. Not sure how she is in that job role. Had issues in my previous visit with them, same issue happened, and a team member Nathan then had no idea how to look up an item to put through for a purchase. His response was “I can’t give you this item, it doesn’t have a barcode”. I did his job for him and got the other shirt from the rack and showed him the barcode. Management is non-existent at this store, and the team are rude. Training is non-existent. Members cards don’t matter, as they don’t ask for them, I had to show them. Change rooms weren’t even open, so you couldn’t even try on the items you were purchasing, so hopefully refunds will be allowed. The store needs an overhaul, and the team needs to be moved or changed around. No one in this store cares about customer service, so why are they there or in a job?

  Prices good, staff kind of friendly. Store messy and unclean. The floor needs a good clean.
