  All the staff were kind. Pizza is good. It's good to grill it well so that it doesn't burn.

  Compared to the other pizza restaurants nearby, the quality of the food was never terrific, but if you needed a fast and cheap (but certainly not healthy) meal, dominoes was the place to go. The place itself was very noisy and humid, with an almost overwhelming smell of uncooked and overcooked meats. It felt like they just wanted customers to go in, order, then come back when it's ready, even though they had seating and a decent sized shop front. Pizza variety was there, but again, it didn't deliver the flavours I savoured. I would only really recommend this to those who need to feed a large amount of people on a budget.

  25/4/23: New management - changed to 5stars. Food was great. Efficient service. Driver was friendly:)

  BEWARE!!! You’ll pay for your full order but will only receive half the order then have to jump through hoops trying to get the items
  
  Dont bother asking for a refund - they wont give you that either as per manager Varinder.
  
  I spoke to Zayyan who said to ring tomorrow and speak to Sukhi who will refund $17 for the 3 items we didnt get
  
  ***dont pay the extra $3 for 20 minute delivery - they NEVER deliver under 20 mins

  Wrong order was delivered twice not even once for our dinner tonight.
  
  When we called the castle hill store, they didn’t take the call, we had to call from a different number to speak to them….
  
  Then the person is showing attitude, now what do you want me to do, mistakes happen, he offered us $5 voucher for his mistake, and when we asked for the correct pizza he said it will take another 35-40 mins for delivery, that’s max I can do if you want the pizza, it’s up to you.
  
  When we said we will take it to higher level, he said do whatever you want.
  
  I ordered the pizza at 7:48 and till 09:30 we were talking to him for another delivery
  
  We never expected this kind of service from Domino’s. I needed up cooking our dinner .

  Horrible place, never going back again. The food was undercooked and the meat was stale. Lastly to mention the staff were horrible to me and my daughter. Which one of them even tried to attack us. I would like to add that one of the staff members were pregnant. She legit gave birth on top of our pizza and served us the baby. Then a homeless man tried attacking us outside to steal the baby off us.

  Ordered at 6.25pm with est. delivery time of 6.50pm
  7.10pm my wife calls and is told the pizza is on the road now.
  7.25pm i call and am told the pizza is only leaving the shop now??
  7.30pm Driver is on Showground Rd on Tracker.
  7.45pm Driver appears to be back at store on tracker and still no pizza??
  7.50pm Call store and told pizza on way now?!?!? Ask why my wife and I were both lied to in seperate calls and explain my kids are now going to bed as the pizza is an hour later than informed when booking. Told that the tracker is just and estimation and can be different when busy????.... an hour different... and on a Monday evening???
  7.55pm Pizza arrives. Pizza is cold and rubbery. Chicken is rubbery and gets thrown in bin. Garlic bread with meat sauce is so stuck to the foil that it also has to be thrown in the bin.... Complete waste of money! Total robbery.... and a ruined family evening.
  Back to the local gourmet pizza shop we go.... along with everyone i speak to from this point forward...
  Domino's = Epic fail on every level!!
