I just wish a female sales assistant would let me shop without being so pushy and rude. Every time I visit she persists on telling me what I should look at, even though I always say I dont need help. Makes me feel very unwelcome. But I continue to spend money there. I didnt want to give the store 1 star, as I enjoy the product, but definitely not the service.

After a week had passed and I received no call I called in only to be notified that the suppliers stock had run out as soon as I placed the order for the book, so now have to wait again with no difinitive timeframe for the book to be reprinted and posted. Shoulda just ordered off amazon.
- Rose Choi Added October 04, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Owner/manager is rude and not business savvy. He really doesnt know how to deal with returns/exchanges. And he doesn't want my kids to touch any books. Customer service satisfaction definitely 1/5.
