  I've been a customer of the team at Fraser Jewellers for a long time - ever since my sisters and I first purchased a beautiful clock for my parent's anniversary present 15 years ago (we were all teenagers at the time, and it still hangs fully operational in my parent's lounge room!). When my fiancé and I got engaged, we couldn't but stop in to see what the team at Fraser Jewellers could do for us - and they didn't disappoint! We showed Tony some pictures of what we were after, discussed different design options, budgets and timing, and despite having stopped in at other (some much larger) stores too, decided to follow our hearts and went with Tony and the Fraser team. So pleased we did. We now have an amazing engagement ring which surpassed our expectations; and we receive regular compliments on how beautiful it is (and from one of those larger stores when we went back to show them - how beautifully designed and made it is). Needless too say, we went back to the Fraser team for our wedding rings, and I hope to be back for more in the future. Thank you again Tony and the team - you made it such a personal, fun and memorable process.

  Fantastic customer service. After having had lots of trouble with another jeweller, I went to the House of Fraser hoping that they could repair the band of my watch. It didn’t even take an hour and only cost $20. The other store had to send the watch to the manufacturer, kept me waiting for over 3 months and wanted $160 (!!!). The staff is friendly and the watchmaker is very skilled.

  I can’t begin to explain the amazing service and experience I was given through getting my engagement ring! From the start the salesperson Judy showed the engagement ring I ended up choosing which was the first store I visited Looking for rings. I had visited other jewellery stores afterwards but was still drawn to the look of the pear shape diomand Judy suggested! I went back to find it and Tony the manager was willing to help out to any lengths to help find this ring. After realising it was still in store, again Tony was wanting to help in anyway in requests to remake the ring. From then on the experience of payments was flawless. Always made me feel welcome and felt as if Fraser was always there with me through the process. Asides from a brilliant ring I felt as if Tony was genuinely wanting to be a part of the experience till the very end. Thank you Fraser, Tony and Judy for helping to make this experience and moment even greater.
