- Alex Haddad Added May 19, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolute worst experience and customer service my wife & I have ever received. Purchased our dining table from here and they claimed our table was damaged when delivering it so was sent a very wobbly floor stock table. They did say my table would be back in stock as they had to order a new 1 from over seas and I should have it by mid to end Jan. Now beginning of April and it is apparently coming on the 8th of a April... They made me pay for delivery for the damaged stock and are now making me pay $50 to install the table in my house after saying they would cover this cost. Followed all the terms and conditions, paid for stock in full very early for them to hold it in there warehouse and this is how a customer gets treated, also lady who called today said the table was not in stock and they took my order by accident, they did say it was damaged the 1st time so the story keeps changing. Very rude customer service, The staff have no idea at all!! Would never buy from them again nor step foot in there shop!!
