  I read the reviews after I bought from them which is not the ideal thing to do. Service is the worst ! First of all huge waiting period and everything is "ETA" not confirmed even if you press on the "urgency" and the ETA period is over. Secondly if you call them multiple times, everytime different parts of the furniture is not at stock. I wonder how they are running a business. Probably because of customers like me who is not doing the due diligence. I will never go there again.

  I would never ever buy anything from them and suggest if you heard their name, just run!
  They sold me a cabinet and said it is available in stock. I called them for pick up and they said all good. Come and pick it up. I drived 1 hour to get to their warehouse and I was waiting there for over than 1 hour.
  Then they said sorry it is not available and they can't find it and said they will call me next week.
  They didn't call me and after couple of days I called them and after 3-4 times follow ups, they said I have 2 options. Option 1 to get refund and option 2 to wait another 14 weeks.
  I am really upset and angry with their response and have raised it with fair trading.

  Me and my partner bought a coffee table, got into the warehouse to get it. We heard a big crack when the delivery guy carried it into the van and when we assembled it, its all smashed at the bottom part of table. We patiently called the store and got told to email. The person got back to us and said it wasn’t manufacturing/ delivery fault. So we ended up with a smashed table! Do not even go to this store ever! Never again! Display looks appealing but you’ll get rubbish products

  Ashley is the terrible place to buy your home furniture. I have faced so many problems because of them. First the furniture was not delivered on time. Secondly my lounge was delivered faulty and still in warranty and its been 9 months my issue with lounge is not resolved and all I am getting is excuses from them to wait more. They are so irresponsible toward there customers complaints and so arrogant as well. Even the store manager needs to take some responsibility regarding customers complaint as they wont even bother to reply back or call even they promised.

  DO NOT Buy anything from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it took 7 months to be delivered. Every time I asked when it was coming I was told it was coming next month or that some items had been delayed which delayed the whole order. Absolutely useless and they didn’t care. I was told finally that the order was being delivered on a Saturday and I stayed home all day, nothing arrived and when I questioned what happened I was told nothing was confirmed with the delivery partner - why could you have not told me that instead of wasting my time ?! It is not the store themselves. The sales people are great, it’s the after sales that is pathetic.
