  used to go there for a couple of years, always left happy with my hair cut with Aldo or Rachel B. but none of them work there any more. in The last 2 appointments I had, I went there on time and was told that 2 minutes before I got there, the stylist I had booked with had left, and they didn't call me to cancel. The last time, the cut was not even close to what I had asked, and she didn't even listen to me. it was a completely different cut, and even they overcharged me, saying that I had a "restyle", which wasn't my fault, I had asked to have the same style, but they couldn't make it. I left with the worst cut ever and paid extra, went back and asked them to refund or fix it, they tried for 2 minutes only and couldn't fix because the first stylist had cut my hair too short, no one even apologised that I had to wait a few months for my hair to grow and fix their mistake, they just refunded me with a very unfriendly reaction, the second stylist combed my hair so angrily that I got red scratches all over my neck. I won't go there any more.
