  If you're looking for an unethical and unprofessional agency that takes advantage of tenants, look nowhere else but here! Director Tony Nehme is a rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional real estate with a complete lack of communication.
  
  Tony has:
  > Attempted to claimed my entire bond weeks before I ended my lease
  > Attempted to coerce me into going ahead with the above, promising they'd pay us whatever we were owed at the end of the tenancy after the bond was paid into their account
  > Demonstrated a complete inability to communicate
  > Conducted himself in an impatient and rude manner
  > Told me he wasn't my agent (even though he is) and that I was "pushing him around" when attempting to follow up requests
  > In front of my partner, told me (a young woman probably half his age) that he would take me out to dinner if I was his girlfriend
  
  To ensure my bond was safe I had no choice but to take the matter to Tribunal. The bond claim process was made such a difficult, lengthy process simply because this agent refuses to abide by usual protocol.
  
  The fact that he tried to coerce me into going along with the unfair practice of letting his agency have my entire bond (by referring to other tenants that he had done this to) only reinforces my distrust in this business.
  
  Please look elsewhere if you want a managing agent who communicates, respects you as a tenant and is able to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical manner.

  Leanne Nehme is the loveliest agent we have ever dealt with. She is driven and competitive and worked extremely hard for us to achieve a fantastic result despite the market being very poor. Her communication skills are incredibly good and she kept us informed through the whole process.
  Lots of other agents rubbished our property and couldn't appreciate the value but Leanne could see how unique and valuable it was. Being in a niche market just added
  challenge for Leanne and she managed to work with a couple of very difficult buyers but eventually found someone genuine

  Tony and Leanne really go above and beyond. Every time we have needed to speak to either Tony or Leanne we have been greeted with professional and politeness as if we are a member of their family. I believe Tony and Leanne go above and beyond for all their customers. Tony has been very professional & helpful in handling out investment property.
  We live in Melbourne; He has helped lot going above & beyond for helping in regard to the property management in Westmead. NSW. Recently our property was sold by Tony & Leanne, the transition was really quick and without any hassles. All relevant paperwork and fund transfer work is done within 24 hours.

  You always know you’re dealing with a second rate Agent when their office is run by Voicemail! I’ve tried calling several times and left messages to arrange inspectIon on a property for sale.
  In the end I knocked on the door and told the owners they’d chosen the wrong agent!
  They offered to show me inside but I declined because I don’t want this agent to be getting any commission! And I was a cash buyer!!!
  Go elsewhere!

  I take my hats off to Leanne for being an honest and efficient agent and truly cares about her customers. We had some drama vacating a previously rented property due to a missed detail on the report. Leanne assured us that she is fighting for us and will work to resolve it fairly. Leanne went above and beyond by going through boxes of tenants' previous incoming reports and proved we were telling the truth. With that, we got our full rental bond back and maintained our reputation as A-rated tenants. Again, Leanne, thank you so much!

  Leanne Nehme Has such a bad attitude. She don’t even know how to greet customers on inspection and didn’t replied to our hello.Very disrespectful agent.she is asking others to remove shoes but she herself was wearing her dirty shoes while showing the property.

  Tony and Leanne really go above and beyond. We recently had a hot water system fail and Tony arranged for a new system to be installed less then 24 hours later and our system was replaced. Every time we have needed to speak to either Tony or Leanne we have been greeted with professional and politeness as if we are a member of there family. I believe Tony and Leanne go above and beyond for all there customers.
