- Annette B Added September 01, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We arrived and waited a couple of minutes to get someone's attention to show our check in and vaccination certificate. We ordered three drinks - after two minutes the coffee arrived. The staff member dumped the coffee at our table and left, saying nothing. Five minutes later the milkshake and cookie arrive. Twenty minutes pass and we haven't received our Frappe yet. I go up to the counter to chase it up and the staff member I ask is visibly annoyed at me and whines "I'm doing it now", even though she was clearly making an Acai bowl at the time. Wait another 7 minutes for Frappe, as we see patrons who were seated and ordered a lot later than us get their meals and drinks. The Frappe is finally delivered with no apologies or reason as to why it took 27 minutes to make a coffee Frappe. I have just moved here from Chatswood, and was really hoping this location was as good as the ones in my old area, but I don't think I'll be coming back.
