    Wife went into the Castle Hill store today ready to buy a Boori bedroom set for my son. Sales lady had huge attitude upon entering the store and long story short they had an argument after my wife suggesting that the sales lady allow us to pick up a floor stock bedside table a week or two after purchasing. Wife, her friend and our two kids were shouted at loudly to leave the store. Boori has lost a $2000 sale but most important of all, this is not the way to treat customers. We have two Boori cots in the house, but no more!

    Note that a previous visit to the store was a good experience which is why wife went back today to seal the deal only to have the above happen
