  Worst experience ever! Ordered pizzas at 7.20 pm ish on Friday night! Told it would be about 45 mins! At 8.40 pm ish, I rang to enquirer about our pizzas! The man said they couldn't find our place & we didn't answer the phone!!!!! So, the pizzas were taken back to the shop!!!! Another man said he'd get the delivery, re delivered!!!!!! At 9.15pm, nearly 2hrs later, STILL no pizzas. We rang again, this time my husband spoke to someone! All sorts of excuses! The man said he sent his best delivery man, who still couldn't find our address, said they rang, then took said pizzas back to the shop! The strange thing is, we've ordered pizzas from this business before! I'm really lost for words! Unbelievably bad customer service, no offer of any recompense! Nothing! As the Manager of a local franchise business, I'm horrified that this is how some people do business! I will never use this Dominos business again, & will tell my friends & business colleagues about this disrespectful business! Shame, shame, shame!
