  What a joke their service is. I ordered lights online which were "in stock" over two weeks ago. I've made seven phone calls trying to find out where they are, had to postpone the electrician twice already, and despite being told they'd been dispatched three times over the last week and a half now being told the lights are "with dispatch". We've not received a return call when promised, they have "different systems" which aren't connected so no one there knows whats going on, and they tell you things which simply aren't true in order to avoid taking responsibility for following through the order. We will NEVER use Eurolight again, and you can see from other reviews some have suffered the same level of service as us. There are too many other quality lighting businesses to bother with these clowns.
  
  UPDATE - So the four stair lights arrived and bingo, the face plates are two different colours (2 white and 2 a cream colour) scratched, and one is missing the driver plug. I called (again) and the lady told me that's the best they can do. WHAT???? Send me non-matching lights (after 3 weeks of waiting). I asked her to process a refund and she told me it's a different department and she has nothing to do with online orders. So I have to call back AGAIN to get my money back.
  
  You MAY look at the price these guys sell at and think it's worth the savings, however these guys are the type who are here today and gone tomorrow as they have no concept of how to run a successful business.

  Unfortunately, I totally agree with the one star review for their online shop. I made an order at the end of December and have not received neither light fittings nor refund nor an estimated delivery date for my order.
  They stopped replying to my messages once I asked for a refund. I raised a complain to Fair Trading in an attempt to get my money back.
  Don't order from them. There are other reputable sites with similar products or physical shops.

  Bro this place is awesome, I gotta fan light for my veranda at the back of my house bro, now when my cousins come over the back of my house dosen't smell of cigarettes and bbq chicken and lamb. The best part is theres a Mcdonalds across the road so you can order food and lights at the same time bro.

  We recently bought two ceiling fans from Chrystal. She was so friendly and helpful and we were very happy with our purchase and the service we received.
  The recommended electrician was booked in and arrived two days later only to give us the bad news that installation would be complicated and expensive due to being in an apartment and having no existing fitting to connect to. We reluctantly returned the fans and were immediately issued with a refund.
  I can highly recommend this great store. It’s so rare these days to be met with such friendly and efficient service. I will make this my go-to store in the future for everything lights, lamps etc.

  Perfect service, great experience and amazing customer service! purchased some external bollard lights and deck lights. Staff helped me with all my questions about 12v and 240v, very efficient! would recommend the 'Havit' range for all exterior lighting
