  I purchased my first day blazer, shirt and pant for new job a month before. I was so confused as it is my first time I am trying the formals. Trang,sales assistant helped me in choosing the right size, matching colour shirt. She was helping me throughout my shopping. I am very much satisfied. This week I went back to same shop to buy winter coat. This time also she helped me to get the perfect coat. I went to buy just one coat but came out with two coats! Great collection and Good assistance.

  Had an excellent shopping experience at the store today. Lovely staff member greeted me upon entry and asked if I needed a hand. I couldn’t find the size for the skirt I wanted and she took the initiative to go out back and find my size. She told me the perks of the skirt I had picked and the different styles I could match it with. She went above and beyond for me and that’s what I love. Will definitely be coming back for clothes.

  The store manger Trong and Sali was amazing at Forecast Parramatta.
  Loved the customer service that I received gurls are very passionate and making the experience different then othe clothing stores. In my experience, retail clothing stores have to learn from you. I have been the customer of forecast last 4 years but every time it's the same feeling,keep up the good work. The way you invite people to store its a different vibe.❤

  I have purchased in this store twice. And both times I have had to chase up the store when they promised to give me a call when the item arrived. First time the item was faulty and had to be swapped out. The second time I paid upfront for an item and was told I would get a call when it arrived instore. A month later and still no call. It turns out it was out of stock. Instead of contacting me, it was left behind as an afterthought. I would not have received a refund if I had not chased them up again. A time wasting experience overall.
