  My husband and I picked up our brand new Jeep today from Mr Leslie Webb and we are beyond ecstatic. I first spoke to Les over the phone on Monday and we picked up our new car by Wednesday. This deal was done over the phone in less than 5 minutes. Les plays no games and is definitely not a time waster. I know this because I wasted my time with other Jeep dealers. So if you are in the market to buy a Jeep Les is the best

  Took Jeep Grand Cherokee in for Fuel pump relay service recall. Car was running fine b4, now has elec probs and no one wants to know about it. I was advised to call Jeep roadside service.

  Couldn’t be happier with Les in the sales yard. I started the process over 8 months ago, never did I feel like I was wasting his time or that he was disinterested in dealing with me. When I was ready to purchase he did his best to get me in a vehicle at short notice. Professional, honest and personal experience! Recommend to all, thanks Les!

  Recently purchased a 2021 80th Anniversary Jeep Cherokee, V6 3.2 litre and assisted by Leslie Webb from the Dealership. A new vehicle is a big and emotional purchase and should be a fabulous experience, well with Leslie at the helm it certainly was. Nothing was a problem and when I had a small minor query two days after purchase the support was still there. Never any pressure to get the sale across the line and no nonsense during negotiations. I have left with a car that I am so so so happy with and could not recommend highly enough this gentleman, the dealership or the vehicle.

  I took my diesel 4WD in 4 times to have heavy black smoke (when gear changing up a hill) looked at. The first time they cleaned the centre manifold and it didn’t fix the problem. The next 3 times I was told they couldn’t find a fault. Constantly was told ‘smoke is normal from a diesel’, even though I’d tell them this isn’t the usual puff of diesel smoke and actually fills all 3 lanes of the motorway!! Plus it’s a well known triton issue.
  
  My husband dropped it off for a service and speaks to senior mechanic there. He diagnoses it immediately, the new part i ordered and put in and problem solved- finally!! Frustrated that a man went in and was taken more seriously than I was, and that I spent a lot of $$$$ for no diagnosis and a year driving it in the condition it was in.
  
  Other slight con is they often over book and then call you at 3pm to say they’ll need your car overnight.
  
  Apart from that I do trust these mechanics and like their service.
