I have had the opportunity to have a fantastic trainer who has helped me lose upwards of 70kgs and the introduction of Yoga has started to help balance everything out. So in all I can totally recommend Real fitness training to everyone no matter at what health, weight or age group give it a go you won't regret it at all.
