  Professional, Seamless and Caring
  I recently moved into my new rental managed by Shire Agents, this was my first experience renting and therefore dealing with a real estate agency for leasing. I predominately dealt with the agent Lauren and I honestly couldn't recommend her and the agency more. From viewing the property, to securing the property, the entire process was professional and seamless. All questions were answered, communication was prompt and I honestly felt Lauren and the other team members I dealt with all genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Lauren and Shire Agents. Beautiful people, professional Agency!

  Luke Mandile handled the recent sale of my property with integrity, a high level of professionalism and had my best interests at heart.
  
  Luke helped me with contacts for some small improvements to my property before it was put on the market which was invaluable.
  
  Luke or his team constantly kept me informed and updated on progress and viewings.
  
  I could not have asked for a more caring, professional agent and I am very satisfied with the outcome of the sale.
  
  I would happily recommend Luke to anyone who wants an agent that puts you first.

  Incredible؜ work by Shire Agents
  My؜ unit needed urgent love and care before a new tenant was to lease and I was at the end of my pregnancy. Ava took the entire job on, liaising with me when necessary to renovate the unit. Making the process stress free for me. I was blown away with her work ethic, commitment and genuine care. Thank you Ava! I have dealt with many agencies (as a renter and home owner) and I cannot fault Shire Agents. I highly recommend their business to anybody and will continue to use them in the future.

  I͏ had a great experience working with Luke. He helped me enormously through every stage of the process, he was always there to answer my numerous questions, give advice and even went extra mile talking to the Strata representatives and helping me to organise additional minor repairs in the unit. I highly appreciated his patience and support, thanks to this the whole process went as fast and as smoothly as possible. I can sincerely recommend Luke to anybody looking for a property agent.   We were only with Shire Agents for two years but they were so attentive and responsive that we were a little sad to hand over our keys last week when we moved. Nathan was our property manager and he is fantastic. Excellent communication, always prompt in following up issues, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend Nathan and Shire Agents.
