  Avoid this dry cleaner at any cost. A recent fire on their premises ruined 11 business shirts and the owner refused to compensate me for the damage claiming the scorch marks were on my shirts when I dropped them off. Legal action pending against owner through civil claims.

  they worked hard to provide me the best service even to find solutions when their machines were down. Still got my suits back in time for my trip.

  I always do my suit at XL Dry Cleaners, as I found the place quite accessible via car or like in my case, by Scooter. it has its own parking right at the front. Not sure about how to get there by bus or where the bus stops are. But I see several buses coming that way, so is should have some.
  
  The place is basic, under cover parking, Entry door with about 1 meter space to reach the counter, then all the "dry cleanning" hanging at the back in a motorised "hanger thingy".
  
  Every time I come in, I find that the counter is clear of clutter. This helps me to extend the suit on it, to show the areas of concern.
  
  The staff always comes to my service upon gazing me. And like today, if they cannot come straight away, I am welcomed by a good "Good Afternoon" followed by "I will be with you in a second". The staff may seem rude to some people, but I found them to be straight down to the point. What you need, where it is in your cloth item, and when can you come to pick it up. Today the lady that served me remembered me by first name, and did say. "Bruno, right?" then she said "I thought your item was going to be ready on Friday, not today, but let me check". That surprised me and put me at ease and a smile on my face. That is service.
  
  Every item i have had dry cleaned at XL Dry Cleaners has always come back impeccable.
  
  I liked it. I will be back.

  Poor service, buttons often come back cracked or chipped. Middle aged asain man, likes to talk over the top of you which I find is really rude.
