If you ask what would be the solution for my problem, she said the product does not have any problem, but "you" do have a problem. what will be the solution? I asked then. She said " I don't know, I don't work in manufacturing, I don't work for CUSTOMER SERVICE! to be honest I don't know, you can come to our store, and ring the customer service from here."
That will be the treatment you are going to have after YOU PAID 5000 dollars.
